I’m currently having a backache due to dysmenorrhea. I thought after I got married and had kids, this will go away but I was wrong. In my single years, my menstrual syndrome was really painful. When I stayed on my bed, it got worst and I used to cry a lot because of pain. At times, I vomit. I used to take a pain reliever just to relieved my pain but if I could still bear it, I don’t drink. But this time, pain is quite tolerable. It’s even better if I go out of the house to amuse myself as not to think of the pain. But if I’m at home, I do other things as not to feel the pain. So far, it’s effective.
Right now, what I am experiencing is back pain and I also feel so tired. But better this way than before. And if pain disturbs me, I just take paracetamol. So far, it’s effective. But right now, I didn’t take any meds, which is good. It’s bearable and I can still function. I just make sure not to strain myself. Good thing my husband’s here to assist me
