I love to read a book that is why I have plenty of collections at home. Reading is one of my passions and I am glad that I passed this hobby to my eldest child. I began collecting books when I was in college. But I see to it that the books I collected were worth to keep.

Aside from novels, I also keep lots of my college text books in case someone might need it. I am good in keeping things so if you can see me books, they still look good as new. Some of my books are already borrowed, some are given but some are still with me. There are times that I want to get rid of them for there is no more space in my book shelf. But since they are still in good condition, I was wondering if I could make money out from these books. Sell college textbooks for cash might be a good idea and I have heard that it is even a trend these days.

I did try to visit one site and was quite surprised of their offer. They are really looking for books to buy! Their site existed online for over 10 years and they have bought and sold so many books. Talent Show

My eldest daughter is quite excited to present her talent at school. She said she’s going to sing and she’s been practicing a song since weekend. Good thing that I enrolled her to a piano school that also offered voice lesson. Her teacher helped her practice her piece. I think she’s going to present next week. And I hope she will be confident in showing off her talent. But so far, she’s very excited so I guess I should not worry on that.

Music in their Minds

I came from a musically-inclined family. My late dad was good in playing the guitar and so are my two brothers. They are also good in playing drums and keyboard while I quite excel with the vocals. I knew how to strum the guitar but not as good as my brothers. My second elder brother is more confident in playing bass guitar. He joined a band before where he competed and won third place. He still plays the guitar right now with his office mates and friends. He once mentioned that he and his friends wanted to buy epiphone bass guitars as well as electric guitar. Music is their favorite past time that’s why they thought of playing the music together when they are free from their work.

Make or Break!

Despite being married for several years, the rocky road in marriage will always be there. Sometimes it breaks you, other times it makes you ^_^

There’s no such thing as marriage made in heaven or perfect marriage. Although I dream of a happy or ideal marriage, I can’t help to question if that really ever exist. I guess it will be a boring one because you did not encounter any challenges. However, there are those people who are showy of their affection to their partners. Hmm, sometimes, it makes me envious but other times, I find it corny. Well, we can never judge a book by its cover. Who knows, it might be just a facade. Only the couple knew what’s happening inside their room and it may be the opposite of what we see. That’s why also I tried to refrain from being too demonstrative or else I’ll turned out to be a laughing stock if everything was just for a show.
